Easily the best CF card I've ever owned. Before buying this card, I had only ever used SanDisk Extreme Pro CF cards and was very happy with those (they worked great in my 5D Mark III). But after upgrading to the 5D Mark IV, with the higher resolution and file sizes due to Dual Pixel Raw, I wanted a faster and larger-capacity card...this card fits the bill perfectly! I love that it has tons of space...I shoot in RAW+JPG with DPR enabled, so a single shot can take up anywhere from 50-100MB. On my old 32GB SanDisk cards, I could only take about 300 photos before I would have to switch to an empty card. With this 128GB Lexar card, I can get well over 1000 photos before I have to switch to one of my older, smaller-capacity ones. The write speed is awesome too - the 5D Mark IV shoots at 7fps and this card can handle it no problem! Definitely a huge improvement over my other CF cards. I definitely recommend this card to any fellow photographers or videographers out there!

I have no reason to say anything negative about Lexar products, I have 3 Lexar brand, and 2 from other brands and have had no complaints on any of them. I do have to say that I love the claims that Lexar support is amazing, although honestly I've never had to make a call. There are stories about speed not being as fast as claimed, although speed is a relative measure and also depends on the technology of the slot it is inserted in so card speed cannot be compared so easily. What I can say is that every manufacturer of a data card has fine-print in the specifications and every card gets complaints on rated speed vs reality. It's very important to read that fine print and buy the cards that have speed where you need it! To me, write speed, reliability and customer service versus price is key. I am not a machine gun photographer, so composition and lighting is more important than taking 10fps and hoping one is good. But when I drop that card switching it, I need to get home and know that file is not corrupt.

I used this CompactFlash for multiple shootings, made 2 shorts with it and i never filled the memory completely giving me a lot of margin for takes and retakes.

I used it on my first trip to Brazil and took over 3000 pictures there. I filled it maybe a couple of times since RAW files are heavy, but it never failed me at the wrong time. I still haven't finished editing those pictures by the way (one year later).

A little slow on Transfer, but that's only because I'm not ready to spend hundreds of dollars on an ultra-fast card. The waiting is not even that bad honestly, and worth it.

Too bad it recently got corrupted after reformatting, but it did have a good run.

Recently bought one again.

Bought it for use in 5Dii ML raw. No problem in writing speed in full HD 16:9 (ML raw) and performance is so stable that you don't worry anything while shooting. For few $ more why buy secondary brands and then be nervous throughout its lifetime waiting for possible tragic sudden death in a shoot. Too many these stories told.
I regard this is a good buy because in the past few years we consumers have been playing catch-up game with ever newer and faster spec of SD or CF cards. So this card is not limited to the use of Magiclantern but I regard it as future-proofing your purchase for any application. And I believe if one day I don't do ML raw anymore I can sell this Lexar easiIy as used, but not a secondary brand or a slower card.
I use an old USB2 Sandisk reader and I recommend using only brand name readers, USB3 to be ideal. These twin cards came in the last design of packing, as shown in the product view. I bought a single pcs a month ago and it was in the new design packaging. However I found the write performances entirely identical.
If you heard me you are right: I bought 3 pcs in total now, all but while on sale. Wait for it's on sale and it's a real bargain. Totally satisfied and recommended.

Fantastic fast service as usual from Amazon and partnered company on Delivery and fantastic price. Used the card recently with my Canon 50d R new 50mp camera with 2.8 70 to 200 Lens and could capture 14 frames in a row without any slow down before the cameras own shutter and buffer hit its Max. Fantastic card and delivery time. Arrived within a day and a half. And not a spammer. I rely on reviews. This is sincere. I usually use SanDisc cards but needed the fastest speed at a better price which I found in the equally quality product for CF cards from Lexar and extremely happy. Exceeds my needs even on a megapixel Monster.

Bought this last year and used it 3 times in my Canon Mark 4. Each time I had about 5% of the files corrupt and non recoverable. It also has a mat finish on the sticker and every other Lexar card Ive purchased in store has had a glossy sticker on front which makes me wonder if its a possible fake. Buyer beware!!!

J'ai acheté cet article, car j'utilise Magic Lantern sur mon boîtier Canon EOS 5D Mark II Full Frame DSLR Camera (Body Only) (OLD MODEL).

I have bought this product because I shoot raw videos with my Canon EOS 5D Mark II Full Frame DSLR Camera (Body Only) (OLD MODEL). I wanted my longer records within this format. In a nutshell, I did. That is not half hour long, but there is a gain as compare to my previous Lexar Professional 800x 32GB CompactFlash Memory Card LCF32GCTBNA800.
Before leaving, I recommand you to buy the Lexar Professional USB 3.0 Dual-Slot Reader - LRW400CRBNA. They both work like a charm, and I got ride of corrupt files...
